Hi all! My name is David Bass and I am the man behind the keyboard. I am an IT professional working for a regional internet provider. I got the idea to start this blog as a way to focus my thoughts about life, Christ, the world in general, and who knows what else might show up here. I have been in the church basically my entire life, but like everyone, I have experienced the ups and downs of life, times when I’ve been closer to God and times when I’ve been very far away. My prayer is that we can grow together. I have no formal training, so I am in no way claiming to be a theology expert and will likely make some mistakes along the way. I would ask for grace in those situations and gentle correction. I really encourage discussion and debate as I think those are avenues where everyone involved can grow and learn.
